Roister at Roister

Chef Andrew Brochu helms Roister, the Alinea Group’s convivial and casual restaurant. At Roister we have built our kitchens to be the restaurant and surround our guests. Chef Brochu’s cuisine is rooted in primal cooking techniques combined with modern technology and an open hearth. The results are an award winning combination of understated platings and vibrant flavors.


Roister offers private events through buyouts of both our main dining room and Prep Kitchen. Groups of up to 74 guests can fill the main dining room of Roister for functions as short as three hours or for the entire evening. Our team of chefs will create a menu for your party featuring Roister favorites. All courses are served family-style with the tables themselves sharing all dishes.

Prep Kitchen

Roister’s Prep Kitchen, located downstairs from the main dining room, offers private events for up to 32 guests. All guests are served a pre-set family-style menu along with various beverage offerings.
The Prep Kitchen configuration includes 16 counter seats overlooking the bar and the kitchen, one alcove table for four and one communal table that seats 12 guests.


The cost of reserving The Main Dining Room for a private function begins at $9,500.00.
The cost of reserving our Prep Kitchen starts at $3,500.00.
These charges include all food and beverage but are exclusive of tax and service fees.
